The Golf Club is funded by members' subscriptions and operates
under a Board of Directors appointed by the Members' Committee.
The Members' Committee is a formal body of volunteers elected from the membership and operates its own affairs
to represent the best interests of golfers. The Committee acts under a formal Constitution and is recognised by
the Essex Golf Union.
The Golf Club is a not for profit company which ensures every pound of membership income
is invested into the Golf Club.
Annual subscriptions are set by the Committee from recommendations of the Board.
